Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
partnerswag.com (the “Site”) is operated by Armco Merch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Partner Swag (together, “Partner Swag”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting a brief, you agree to these Terms.
2. Briefs and quotations
Enquiries submitted through the Site are requests for a proposal, not binding orders. We will respond with an indicative edit and quotation, typically within 48 business hours. Any resulting engagement will be governed by a separate order confirmation or statement of work, which will take precedence over these Terms on commercial matters such as price, specification, production lead time, and delivery.
3. Products and samples
Colours, materials, and finishes shown on the Site are indicative. Because many of our pieces are sourced from independent mills and small workshops, minor variation is inherent and expected. We will provide physical samples on request before production.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any trademarks, artwork, or brand assets you supply. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce those assets solely to fulfil your order. The Site, its copy, imagery, and design are our property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted per brief and exclude VAT, duties, and shipping unless stated. Production begins on receipt of a signed order and, where applicable, a deposit of up to 50%. The balance is due on dispatch or per the terms agreed in the order confirmation.
6. Delivery and risk
We ship worldwide from our London studio, including to the UK, EU, and the UAE. Risk passes to you on delivery. Estimated delivery dates are given in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns
Because every order is produced to a bespoke brand specification, goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where faulty or where we have failed to meet the agreed specification. Any claim must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid by you under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction in which you operate to enforce our rights.
