Privacy Policy

Effective 1 January 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

partnerswag.com is operated by Armco Merch Ltd (“Partner Swag”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this Site.

2. What we collect

  • Brief details: name, work email, phone, company, and the content of your enquiry.
  • Delivery details: names and addresses of your recipients, where you ask us to ship on your behalf.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, approximate country, and basic traffic analytics.
  • Preferences: a first-party cookie (ps_lang) storing your chosen language.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your brief and provide a proposal.
  • To fulfil orders you place, including production, warehousing, and delivery to your recipients.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and, where required, your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with processors who help us run the business, under written agreements: our email service (Resend), hosting and edge infrastructure (Vercel), analytics (privacy-respecting, aggregated), and our production, warehousing, and delivery partners. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where personal data leaves the UK or EEA, for example to deliver kits in the UAE or GCC, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Brief enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Order records are retained for 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@partnerswag.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary first-party cookies — today, a single language preference cookie (ps_lang). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new effective date.
